Electronics Assembly Worker – Production Operator
A modern electronics manufacturing company in Tczew, Poland is currently hiring employees for electronics assembly and production work. The position includes assembly of electronic components, quality control, packing, and production support tasks in a structured and organized manufacturing environment.
No previous experience or Polish language skills are required. Full paid training is provided on-site.
Responsibilities
Production & Assembly
- Assembly of electronic components
- Connecting cables, plugs, and connectors
- Working with small electronic parts
- Quality control of components and finished products
- Performing precise and repetitive production tasks
Packing & Product Preparation
- Packing and labeling electronic products
- Preparing products for the next production stage
- Wrapping and storing finished goods
Physical & Technical Work
- Operating riveting machines
- Using cranes and lifting equipment
- Moving larger production components
- Following workplace safety regulations and production procedures
The work is production-based with clearly organized processes and continuous workflow.
Requirements
- Good eyesight and attention to detail
- Fine motor skills and precision in work
- Ability to perform standing work
- Good physical condition
- Readiness to work 12-hour shifts
- Discipline and reliability (absenteeism is not accepted)
- Interest in long-term employment
We offer
Working Schedule
- Work from Monday to Saturday
- 12-hour shift system:
- 06:00 – 18:00
- 18:00 – 06:00
- Scheduled work breaks included
- Continuous production process with no downtime
