Warehouse worker - Logistics
5 020–5 020 PLN gross / month (Employment contract)
We are currently hiring motivated and responsible employees for a modern logistics warehouse located in Bydgoszcz, Poland. The warehouse specializes in processing returned goods and offers stable employment in an international company with well-organized warehouse operations.
No previous warehouse experience is required — full training is provided by the employer.
Responsibilities
- Working with a warehouse scanner system
- Receiving and verifying returned goods
- Checking products and performing quality control
- Sorting and registering products in the warehouse system
- Placing products in designated warehouse locations
- Picking products according to warehouse orders
- Packing and labeling shipments according to standards
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading shipments when required
- Performing stock inventory checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse
- Performing physically active warehouse work involving constant movement and walking
Requirements
- No Polish language required
- No previous warehouse experience needed
- Good physical condition and readiness for active work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Responsibility, punctuality, and discipline
- Readiness to follow warehouse safety regulations
We offer
- Two-shift work system:
- Morning Shift: 05:45 – 14:00
- Afternoon Shift: 13:45 – 22:00
- Work schedule from Sunday to Friday
- Saturday is always a day off
- One additional day off during the week according to the schedule
- 30-minute break
- Monthly schedules provided in advance
- Employment Contract (Umowa o Pracę)
- Initial contract for 3 months
- Official employment with full social benefits
Salary & Bonuses
- Base salary: 5,020 PLN gross/month
- Quality bonus up to 15%
- Performance bonus up to 320 PLN gross
- Advance payment of 300 PLN available after 14 worked days
- Salary paid on the 10th day of each month directly to a bank account
