Warehouse Worker – Order Picking
up to 5 085 PLN gross / month (Employment contract) — + bonuses
HSS WORK is currently recruiting employees for the post warehouse in Sosnowiec, Poland. This position is ideal for English-speaking candidates already residing in Poland who are looking for stable employment in a modern and highly automated warehouse environment.
The company offers official employment, comfortable working conditions, free accommodation, and attractive bonus systems. No previous warehouse experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Picking and collecting products according to warehouse orders
- Working with a mobile scanner system in English
- Scanning and confirming products in the warehouse system
- Operating an electric pallet truck
- Sorting and preparing pallets for shipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace
- Following safety regulations and warehouse procedures
Requirements
- English language skills required (training and system are fully in English)
- No previous experience necessary
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Responsibility and ability to follow workplace procedures
- Ability to pass a basic electric pallet truck test in English
We offer
Three-shift system:
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00
Breaks:
- Summer: 25 minutes
- Winter: 20 minutes
Schedules are prepared in advance. Overtime work is optional.
